Like a Moscow Mule, but Mexican style.
Ingredients
- 50ml Jose Cuervo Tradicional Reposado Tequila
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 4 lime wedges, pressed
- 3 – 4 drops of Angostura Bitters
- Ginger ale to top up
- Garnish: lime wedge, mint or jalapeño slices
How to make it
- Add tequila, sugar syrup, lime juice and bitters to a copper cup.
- Fill with ice and stir.
- Garnish with a lime wedge, mint or jalapeño slices.
